How It’s Made

Juicy Hazy IPAs get their signature flavor and haze from a unique brewing process:

• • Specific grains – Oats and wheat are often in the mix, their proteins and beta-glucans helping generate the haze.
• • Late-addition hops – Hops are added later in the boil and whirlpool to preserve bold aroma and juicy flavors without cranking up the bitterness.
• • Dry-Hopped to the max – These beers are dry-hopped with massive amounts of hops. Think of fruit-forward varieties like Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, Amarillo, and El Dorado.
• • Hop & yeast magic – Yeast and hops work together to pull out big fruit notes, from mango and passion fruit to orange and berries.
